Women in Leadership
Leadership, confidence and navigating what's next.
Felicity works with women navigating significant professional or personal transitions, including leadership development, career and business change, decision-making, confidence and questions about what comes next.
The work creates space to understand where you are, what is shaping how you operate and what you want to do differently. It is not about following a prescribed path or becoming someone else. It is about developing a clearer understanding of what matters, what is influencing your decisions and what you are ready to act on.
This is one-to-one work, shaped around your specific situation rather than a fixed curriculum. Programmes are available for 3, 6 or 12 months.
Areas of work include:
Leadership development
Executive coaching
Career and business transitions
Confidence and influence
Decision-making
Executive presence
Boundaries and capacity
Strategic personal development
The work is relevant to emerging leaders, senior leaders, executives and business owners. There is also the opportunity to onboard into The Next Season, a programme that brings together women to synthesize and share ideas, experiences and learnings within a structured framework. Places for the programme will be opening soon.

Business Advisory
Clear thinking for complex decisions.
Not every business challenge is a crisis. Growth brings its own complexity, a decision about direction, a leadership gap, a structure that no longer fits the business you've become, a partnership or succession question that needs to be thought through properly rather than rushed.
Felicity provides strategic advisory for business owners and leaders navigating these moments: where the situation isn't urgent in the way a crisis is, but still deserves real clarity before you commit to a direction.
What this looks like:
Strategic decision support: Thinking through a significant business decision with someone who can see the whole picture, not just one part of it.
Structural and leadership clarity: Understanding whether the way the business is set up — roles, decisions, leadership — still fits where it's headed.
Growth without losing the thread: Support to scale, pivot or restructure without the business outrunning its own foundations.
Quarterly strategy and accountability sessions: A regular rhythm to revisit direction, test decisions against what's actually happened since the last session, and stay accountable to what you said mattered.
A steady, independent perspective: Someone who isn't inside the business day to day, bringing structure and honest challenge to your thinking.
This work is proactive rather than reactive. If your situation is urgent — financial pressure, a dispute, a business genuinely under threat — that's a different kind of support: see Business Crisis & Recovery Navigation.

Business recovery and crisis navigation
Clear thinking. Decisive action. Results that hold.
Business pressure rarely arrives as one isolated problem. Financial uncertainty affects leadership. Leadership pressure affects decision-making. A dispute affects operations, relationships and the future of the business.
When multiple pressures compound, you need more than advice. You need clarity fast, a realistic plan, and someone who can hold steady while the situation is still moving.
Felicity has spent 15 years advising private sector and government organisations through complex change — restructuring, leadership transition, disruption and recovery. Her background spans systems thinking, human-centred design and project management, including an IDEO Change Leadership certification and Cert IV in Project Management. The work is grounded in practical delivery, not just strategic thinking.
What you get:
Clarity on what actually matters. Cut through the noise and identify the priorities that will determine the outcome.
A realistic path forward. Not a generic recovery template — a plan built for your specific situation, constraints and timeline.
Decisions you can stand behind. Move from reactive to deliberate, even when the pressure is high and the information is incomplete.
Change that holds. Solutions built for the long term, not just the immediate crisis.
Crisis advisory. Decision support when the situation is changing quickly and the stakes are high.
Business recovery planning. A realistic, sequenced path to stabilise and recover.
Leadership through disruption. Support to stay clear, deliberate and effective under pressure.
Change leadership. Strategic and human dimensions of significant business change, managed together.
Stakeholder communication. Preparation for high-stakes conversations, so you say the right thing at the right time.
Risk awareness and preparedness. Identify vulnerabilities before they become the next crisis.
Where appropriate, the work sits alongside legal, financial or other specialist advice.

Organisational transformation
Strategy is easy to write. We work together to activate it, and make it hold.
A clear strategy and a sound plan are not enough on their own. Transformation succeeds or fails on execution — on whether people understand the change, have the capability to act on it, and are supported through what making it real actually requires.
Felicity helps you to build the leadership, culture and capability that make transformation stick.
What you get:
An accurate diagnosis. Understand the organisation as it actually operates — structure, culture and the behaviours underneath both.
Leadership that holds under pressure. Leaders equipped to create clarity, trust and momentum through genuine complexity.
Alignment that sticks. Strategic direction the organisation can actually execute, not just agree to in a workshop.
Culture that shows up in behaviour. Move from stated values to how people actually work day to day.
Change readiness, measured honestly. Know what conditions need to be in place before you commit to a transformation timeline.
Areas of work
Leadership development. Leaders who create clarity, trust and momentum in complex environments.
Organisational change. Practical support to help people understand and navigate significant change.
Culture transformation. Moving culture from stated intention to lived behaviour.
Strategic planning facilitation. Alignment that produces action, not just agreement.
Team effectiveness. Stronger conditions for trust, accountability and collaboration.
Executive workshops. Focused space for the decisions and conversations that matter most.
Change readiness. An honest assessment of what it will take for change to hold.
What matters is not what you want to change. It's what it will take to make that change real.
“Find the space in between the storm, distill the noise and you create the path forward. That’s Human Practice.”
Felicity McKeen, founder of Human Practice.
